Barbara Jeffers, 98, of Hamburg, NY passed away peacefully on Friday morning April 25, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Jeffers; loving mother of Edward L., David F. and Dennis Donna Nowicki) Jeffers; cherished grandmother of Paula (John) Kapanek; great-grandmother of Lindsey (Kevin) Adams; also survived by many nieces & nephews. Barb is predeceased by her parents, Lovro and Ljuba (nee Bukovack) Pericak, a son James Jeffers, brothers, Lawrence Pericak and Frank Markovich, sisters, Sylvia Pericak, Kathryn Dehn, Anna Pericak and Mary Kristich. Friends may call at the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home 21 Pierce Ave. Hamburg, NY on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 4-7 PM and a funeral service will follow at 7 PM.
