Of Hamburg, NY and Spotsylvania, VA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late William K. Johnston and the late John Mattioli; life partner of more than 30 years of the late Al Musiol; devoted and loving mother of Charles Johnston and  Patricia Johnston James; cherished grandmother of Sierra and Julianna James; dear sister of Rolf Eichenseher; sister-in-law of Hannah Eichenseher; aunt of Heike Schmidt all residing in Germany. She was predeceased by her parents Gustav and Marie Eichenseher. Relatives and friends may call at the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home, 21 Pierce Ave. Hamburg, NY on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 4-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at SS Peter & Paul RC Church, 66 E. Main St. Hamburg, NY at 10: 30 AM. Please assemble at the church. Interment will be in SS Peter& Paul Cemetery. Please share online condolences at www.demmerley funeralhome.com.
