Philip M. Foster, age 74, of Hamburg, NY passed away peacefully on April 3, 2026. Beloved husband of 48 years to Catherine (nee Drzewucki) Foster; loving father of Christine Ann and Elizabeth A. Foster; dear brother of Richard (Donna), James (Karen), Lawrence (Ruth) and Charles (Barbara) Foster; also survived by many nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, C. Irwin and May Foster, a sister, Joyce (late Paul) Jensen and a brother, William (Lisa) Foster. Philip worked for the NYSTA in Lackawanna, NY retiring after many years of service as a toll manager. In his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching NASCAR. A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Donald M.
