Paul E. Haag, 77, of Hamburg, NY passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026.Beloved husband for 51 yrs. of Joanne (nee Scahill) Haag; devoted father of Edward P. Haag and Shannon C. Rieger; cherished grandfather of Isabelle Rose Rieger; dear brother of Virginia C. (Richard F.) Bolz; also survived by many nieces & nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Edward L. and Lucille K. (nee Uhart) Haag and six brothers and sisters. Paul worked for Mod Pac in Buffalo, NY as a pressman, retiring after many years of service. He enjoyed riding his bike, listening to music (especially the Doors), attending Bison baseball games with his family and friends, and attending BPO Pops concerts with dinner at Marcato by Oliver’s at Kleinhan’s Music Hall. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 20^th at SS Peter & Paul RC Church, 66 E. Main St. Hamburg at 10 AM. Flowers gratefully declined, memorial contributions in Paul’s honor may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
