John G. Meade, 90, of Hamburg, NY passed away on June 26,2026. Loving father of James P., Patrick M., Thomas J. ( Doreen), John “Jack” (Helen)Meade, Maureen E. (Edward)Mills and Melissa A. (Kevin) Deakin; cherished grandfather of David,Matthew and Ryan Meade, Kate and Erin Mills, Sean, Luke and Jackson Deakin; dear brother of Marie (late Richard) Elliott. He was predeceased by his parents, Patrick and Margaret (Roche) Meade also a sister, Patricia (late Thomas) Heavey .John worked for Conrail in Buffalo as an engineer retiring after more than 30 years of service. He loved baseball especially the Boston Red Sox and was a true Buffalo Sports Fan. He really enjoyed attending and supporting his grandchildren’s sports teams. As per his wishes services were private. Interment was made in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home, 21 Pierce Ave. Hamburg, NY.
