Tobin, William R. Sr., age 79, of Hamburg, June 19, 2012. Husband of Phyllis (nee O'Connor). Father of Nelson (Diana) and William Jr. (Susan) Tobin and Cynthia (Mark) Wagner. Brother of Martin, David (Cathy) and the late Marguerite, Clarence (Barbara) and Carl Tobin. Also survived by eight grandchildren. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at SS Peter & Paul Church, Saturday at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Foundation.
