Rosiek, Carmella J. (nee Azzarella), age 77 of Hamburg, New York, February 6, 2021. Former wife of John V. Rosiek, Sr. Mother of John V. Jr. (Cheryl) and Matthew (Marilyn) Rosiek, Pennie (Michael) Carnahan and Patrick Rosiek. Grandmother of Shawn, Sean, Ashley, Stephanie, Chelsea, Derrick, Tristan, Megan, Madison and Mikey. Great-grandmother of Connor, Nathan and Kyla. Sister of Darlene (John) Marilla and the late Toni (Joseph) Gelsamino and Linda (John) Moore. Daughter of the late Vincent and Beatrice (nee Dinardo) Azzarella. Family and friends may call at the DONALD M. DEMMERLEY FUNERAL HOME, 21 Pierce Avenue on Saturday, May 22 from 9-11 AM with a Memorial Service immediately following at 11:00 AM. Carmella was a lifelong florist. She began her career in her parent's shop, the Forest Glen Florist. Later in 1997, she opened CJ's Field of Flowers in Hamburg and worked until her retirement in 2010. Carmella was a 1960 graduate of Immaculata Academy. Later in life she earned an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.
