Markert, Dorothy J. (nee Harvey), age 86 of Hamburg, July 27, 2018. Wife of the late John Markert. Mother of Philip (Vickie) and Kenneth (Lynn Entwisle) Markert, Grace (David) Brandt and Thomas (Karen) Markert. Also survived by 8 grandchildren. A Memorial Service was held at the DONALD M. DEMMERLEY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 21 Pierce Avenue, Hamburg on Sunday, August 5 at 11:00 AM. No prior visitation. Dorothy was a founding member of the Centennial Art Center of Hamburg, life member of The Hamburg Historical Society and Master Artisan emeritus of Roycrofters at Large Association.
