Neiger, Carol I. (nee Schunk), age 77, of North Boston, September 30, 2014. Wife of the late Larry Neiger. Mother of Wendelyn Ruiz, Jennifer (Donald) Schwab and Renee (John III) Morris. Sister of Robert (late Barbara Sue), Mary (Joseph) Pierce, James (Gloria), Jerome (Barbara), Paul (late Joan) and the late Clayton (Rita), Harold (late Hazel), Edward (late Pauline), Eugene (late Betty), Norman (late Eileen), Elmer (Annette) and Kenneth (Ann) Schunk. Grandmother of Mario (Brenda) Ruiz, Lindsey (Eric) Steinbrenner, Matthew Schwab, Emma and Rebecca Morris. Great-grandmother of Henry Steinbrenner. Friends are invited to a Memorial Service at the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home, Inc., 21 Pierce Avenue, Hamburg, Saturday, October 11 at 11:00 AM. No prior visitation. Memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo. Mrs. Neiger was a member of Boston, Orchard Park and St. John Paul II Seniors, various card clubs, Red Hats, American Legion Post 527 and VFW Hamburg Township Post 1419 Ladies' Auxiliaries.
