McDonnell, Pamela A. (nee Nelson), age 63, of Hamburg, suddenly January 13, 2012. Loving wife of James J. McDonnell. Beloved mother of Karen (William) Brahler, James D. and Mary McDonnell and Elizabeth (Andrew) Ponkow. Dear grandmother of Allyson, Kathryn, William, Matthew and Miranda. Daughter of Daniel and Marion Nelson. Sister of Deborah Riegal and the late Daniel Nelson. Funeral from the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home, Inc., 21 Pierce Avenue, Hamburg, Wednesday at 9:30 AM and from SS Peter & Paul Church at 10:00. Visiting hours Monday 7-9 PM and Tuesdsay 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Francis High School in memory of Pamela McDonnell. Pam was a member of Zonta Club, Shea's Spotlight and SS Peter & Paul Appalachian Exchange.
