Obituary of Janine M. Cross

Cross, Janine M. (nee Meyer), age 55 of Hamburg, NY, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. Beloved daughter of Barbara Meyer and the late Donald Meyer; loving mother of Courtney and Erica Cross; sister of Julie (Bob) Baer, Paul (Jennifer) Meyer and Kurt Meyer; companion of Michael Burrows; also survived by four nephews. Visitation will take place at the DONALD M. DEMMERLEY FUNERAL HOME, 21 Pierce Avenue, Hamburg on Friday, September 4 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Face coverings are required and social distancing is to be observed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at SS. Peter & Paul RC Church, 66 East Main Street, Hamburg on Saturday, September 5 at 10:00 AM. Please assemble at church. Janine was a graduate of Niagara University where she earned her degree in nursing in 1988. After graduation she worked for John R. Oishei Children's Hospital in Buffalo, New York for 32 years.
