Grandfather of Julia, Joshua, Zachary, Sarah and Michael. Uncle of Kathy and Troy Stocker. Father-in-law of Michael Kalenda, Sr. Mr. Frank was a retired mechanical engineer and worked at the West Valley Nuclear Demonstration Project. He also was a Navy veteran from the Korean War.
