Obituary of Julia A Kristonko
Age 95, of Hamburg, NY, December 6, 2021. Beloved aunt and godmother of Jacqueline (Lee) Poplawski, Julie Ball and the late Francis M. Ball; predeceased by her sister and brotherin-law, Mildred M. and Francis L. Ball. Friends may call at the DONALD M. DEMMERLEY FUNERAL HOME, 21 Pierce Ave., Hamburg on Friday from 8:30-9:30 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at SS. Peter & Paul R.C. Church, 66 East Main St., Hamburg at 10 AM. Burial in Hillcrest Cemetery, Hamburg. Julia loved animals and had several dogs and cats over her lifetime. She was devoted to her family and helped care for her mother and sister as they aged. Julia was a devout Catholic and led a virtuous prayerful life. She was a lifelong member of SS. Peter & Paul R.C. Church. She enjoyed music and was a member of the choir at SSPP for many years. She worked for the Merchants Insurance Group and retired in July 1993, after 49 years of service. Julia led a simple quiet life.
