Chuck was a wonderful colleague of mine for many years at Blue Cross, in the time when he was father of a young daughter. She and Barbara brought him joy that was visible to everyone who crossed his path. A warm and caring man who left a sizable impression on me. I hope that memories of time spent with Chuck will help comfort all who knew him.
