Age 96 of Orchard Park, NY, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
Beloved wife of the late Leo Kornacki, loving mother of Sharon (late John)
Davy, Deborah Bellian, Victoria (Bill) Artis, Barry, Marcia (Tim Feeney) Letky,
Catherine (John) Merlino, Patricia Bickel, Ramona (Enrique) Jimenez,
Jacqueline (late Chris) Levergood, Holly (Mark) Barker, Jeffrey, and Kurt (Joyce)
Kornacki; dear sister of Joann Ryan, Dolores Odomayla, Valjean Maker
and Sylvia (late Bill) Zintel; cherished grandmother of 17 grandchildren
and 16 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents,
Sylvester and Mary (nee Crate) Aaron, a daughter, Mary Kornacki and her
brothers, Regis, Jerome and Joseph Aaron. Lucy was a master quilter
and seamstress also a member of the Eden Quilt Guild. She loved to
create beautiful flower gardens, make delicious pierogies and enjoyed baking.
Friends may call on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 9:00-10:30 AM at the
Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home, 21 Pierce Ave Hamburg, NY. A Mass
of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Mary’s Church , 8175 E. Eden
Rd, E. Eden, NY, Wednesday at 11 AM. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s
