Age 84, of Eden, NY passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023.Beloved husband of 57 years to Carole (nee
Glow) Preischel; loving father of Mark (Holly) Preischel and Suzanne (Ted) Garv; cherished grandfather
of Hope Preischel; dear brother of Diane Armbruster; also
survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aloysius and Marie
(nee Schwanz) Preischel and 7 siblings, Rose Marie (late Edmund) Lasota, Georgiana Brehm, Jerome (late
Bonnie), Edgar (Mary Ann), Clifford (late Corinne), Paul and Doris Preischel. Friends may call at the
Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home, 21 Pierce Ave. Hamburg, NY on Friday, Dec. 15 th from 3-7PM. A
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sat. Dec 16 th at St. Mary’s Oratory Catholic Church, 8175 E.
Eden Rd. Eden, NY at 2 PM. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined, the
