Irene A. (nee Kurczab) Piwowarczyk

In loving memory of Irene A. Piwowarczyk, age 98, of Colden, NY, formerly of Springville, NY, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2024 at home. Irene was born in Colden, NY on May 25, 1925. She was the daughter of the late Cazimir and Justine Kurczab.  She is survived by her sister Pearl Szczygiel, daughters Helen (Gene) Saville, Alice Arlow, Walter Jr. (Mary) Piwowarczyk and Daniel (Barb) Piwowarczyk, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

There will be no prior visitation. A Mass will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 11 :00 AM at St John the Baptist Catholic Church, at 6895 Boston Cross Rd. Boston, NY, with Reverend  Robert Hora officiating. Interment will be private. She will rest peacefully at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Eden, NY.
